Each transmission undergoes a meticulous process:

  • Disassembly & Cleaning: Every unit is fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected.
  • High-Quality Parts: Worn seals, bushings, steels, and frictions are replaced with Genuine or superior-quality components.
  • Upgraded Internals: Key components such as pistons, drums, planetaries, and shafts are modified or upgraded to maximize friction capacity.

These enhancements increase clutch torque-holding capacity, ensuring your transmission is rated to handle the performance levels listed below.

Stage 1: Standard Rebuild

All Pricing assumes that your supplied transmission is in good working condition, extra costs can be added to replace damaged parts that aren’t typically replaced in a transmission overhaul
